Morning,
I signed up for this shop on 4/22. At the time I signed up it was a 15.00 fee + 15.00 reimbursement. I would NOT have signed up for it because I knew the report was LONG, tedious, redundant yada-yada. But, I love the shop. NO, I do not have anything printed out, nor did I have a confirmation on this WITH the $15.00 Fee. My confirmation email has neither the fee nor reimbursement listed.
Shop was due to be done today - not a problem. Logged into my account last night like the good little shopper girl to review my guidelines, make sure I had all the info...
Now the shop says $7.00 Fee and $15.00 reimbursement.
Um, sorry. But there's no way I'm doing this report & shop for $7.00.
Sent an email out last night around 8pm my time - kept a screenshot of the email in full and confirmation of email submission. I said I needed to hear back from them by 8AM Arizona time so I knew what to do.
What would you do???
