Service Intelligence Site is Down!

I have tried for three hours and two different browsers. The grocery shops are due by midnight...Has anyone managed to pull up the site?

We have 24 hrs. to sumbit our shops UNLESS we wait unitl the last day to do the shop. I.E. If you wait until Thurs. 7/5 to do your shops you have to sumbit them by Thurs. at midnight. Otherwise, we have 24 hrs. to sumbit them. I know it's frustrating that their site is down, I could only complete 2 today because I didn't know exactly which locations I had signed up for. I emailed Cristus to see if he could let me know and he said he doesn't have access to any parts of the site either. Don't worry, they're a reasonable company and I'm sure they'll make exceptions on reporting times if we have problems because their site has been down.
I'm glad I remembered which shops I selected. I hope they let us have more time to submit them, since their site is down.
What state is this MSC located? Remember that parts of the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast are without power due to the severe weather over the weekend. I think the death toll is up to 22 now. :-(

I don't know where SI is located, but earlier today there was a message that said the site is down for renovations & should be back up tonight. Now the site comes up but I can't log in.
I can't even get to the first page of the site--I am getting some "Exception Report" that is obviously an error message.
Don't fret. The have no choice but to give shoppers additional time. If you can't access the site, you can't submit a reportwinking smiley

If the site doesn't come back online and you are already on the road tomorrow, just submit when you can. I used to get my panties in a bunch and feel the need to screw up my entire schedule the next day to get reports in ASAP. Just because they forgot to drain the swamp doesn't mean you need to be up to your ass in alligatorswinking smiley

Nothing yet and it's almost midnight here in the east coast. I'm sure they will allow us ample time, but it's a pain because it backs up my report for the next few days.

@sun & fun. Thanks for explaining their deadline requirement. I mistakenly thought it was midnight of whichever day I did the shop.

I just received an email with an alternate log-in.

What's funny, is this is the exact same log-in URL I've been using all along, but wasn't working either. Oh well, I got in and got my shop information that's what counts!

My scheduler told me to call them if there is still a problem.

Thanks a bunch R@inyDayz. That worked!! It's gonna be a full moon on the 4th - so weird things are happenin'!! Now, if the seafood department was our "special services" EVERYTIME grinning smiley !!
The site is down again. The link to upload receipts wasn't working when I submitted reports earlier.
I was able to submit my two reports using my regular link. However, the file upload wasn't working. I have two more shops tonight, so will try again and hopefully I can get all my receipts uploaded at one time.

I got in my reports this morning and used the old receipts email address to submit them since the upload server still seemed down and I was fed up with messig with it.

I fished around with their various entry points with various browsers this evening until I got a matchup that worked. So got the last of my reports in but consistently the ftp server is down for uploads. What a PITA! But I'm done now with the receipts all emailed in.

Why do I know I will have a stack of emails on 7/5 claiming non-receipt of receipts and givine me a couple of hours to get them in or have the shop thrown out? At least this round I didn't get the emails showing that I had a bunch of shops to do with the job numbers and showing them all at the same address!
Do we still use the same e-mail address? They came back to me saying mailer demon can't deliver.
Mine did not come back. Perhaps you should forward the returned email to aspann@intouchinsight.com Andrienne has been very helpful with questions/problems.
I am not sure if this was the right thing to do, but I sent my receipts to the following address last night, and I did not getting a "mailer demon" notice. This is the address used when they sent me a requesst for a receipt last fall. It's too bad that they are not more communicative with us. I haven't gotten any emails from them or my scheduler since the problem started Mon. morning.

Yes, that is the address I used. But if I had used a previously valid email address and gotten it bounced back to me, I would send it along to Andrienne so that a human being laid eyes on it and recognized that I had attempted to submit in an appropriate time frame.

While there SHOULD be no issues with timeliness or receipts on these shops since the problems are obviously SI/InTouch related, I always prefer the cya approach. And I think to myself about the issues that would have been screamed about while the shops were still coming out of NC.
I mailed mine to the receipt email as well, and they just came back (delayed) as well.
I emailed receipts yesterday afternoon and did not come back. Keeping fingers crossed as I type...
I just checked their upload site and it is still down.

Sinclair is down and I can't get my report in - I should start a new threat. sigh! The weather is probably causing problems all over the country. Market Force posted a nice message regarding the severe weather.
