I, too, have had the same problem for over a week now. At first I couldn't open up the jobs for my husband and myself. I was finally able to get those after 3-4 days of trying.
Last Thursday I started my scheduled jobs - I completed 5 of the 14 on Thursday, 4 on Friday and the remainder on Saturday.
It's been hit or miss on getting into the site to actually click on the "Enter Job" button and get the Survey to show up. Sometimes I can get in and submit 1 or 2 of my jobs before the site stops working (error says, "can't connect to server"
; and then sometimes I can get 3-4 jobs.
Right now I'm sitting here with "1 Overdue Job" - because the site will not show up with the Survey.
It doesn't matter which link I use. It's always the same "Cannot Connect To Server" error - both Firefox and IE.
Frustrating - I have just been sending out a "Contact Us" for EVERY time this happens; and emailing my scheduler.
