That is for sure my wife's favolrite too. LOL she talk to her on the phone very often LOL. I personally do not do phone shops. I am not native from the USA and I am not comfortable to speak on the phone.

The whole Baird staff is amazing! I love them all. =D I wish I could work with them full time! I'd do it in a heartbeat. =D

It scares me that I recognize some names in here...and we are far apart. It makes you realize with how many shoppers and projects these schedulers have to deal daily!

Amanda Stotz...I have heard that name before, but I do not remember where. It was not Goodwin for sure...she might schedule with another company as well.

Any of the Informa schedulers that I've dealt with are always very professional. I work with Jake the most due to my location, but all of them have been outstanding.

EPMS-Both Vanessa Dickerson and Bob Asher epitomize what I seek in an assistant. Each is ALWAYS available and extend themselves in a professional manner.

Informa-Jake Z is like an excellent server; there when needed, but remaining in the shadows when his presence would be a distraction.

Strategic Reflections-Every worker is at the top.

Maritz-In a thread specific to this MSC, there are a few comments concerning the age of these folks. As a septuagenarian, I appreciate their ability to speak at a speed that is comprehensible and not peppered with "like" and "he goes." In addition, they acknowledge my thank you with you're welcome, as opposed to "yep" or "no problem." Finally, and I have saved the best for last, they are extremely business oriented.

Instant-Replay-Kathy Hart has never failed to go the extra mile for me: NEVER! She always replies to my requests and her score of success, predicated upon my needs, is 100%.

Robin from RBG is the best! Hands down.

I enjoy all of my schedulers from Maritz. They are all respectable, polite, and human.

Their editors on the other hand I would like to mail some eye glasses to. LOL.

I would then name my schdulers at CRI...they are great and human as well. I have only ever had a problem with 1 of them and apparently she just doesn't like to read email.
