HELP! Why can't I do a job search on Gapbuster? EVER?

I signed up for Gapbuster long LONG ago - months if not a year or more - and completed the orientation. Yet any time I have ever gone there to do a job search, the drop down menus are completely blank, so I can't do any search at all.

Obviously they have shops, if not in my area, then SOMEWHERE. But my search doesn't let me select ANY region at all. So why doesnt the search page work for me? Anyone know??

that would be fine if they ever called. After a month or two of not being able to use their job search, I actually just assumed the company was dead or something, until I found out recently that not only do they do plenty of shops, but they have some of the clients I was most interested in!
Now if only I could figure out how to find assignments!

I haven't shopped for them in quite a while, but if I remember correctly there was a trick to it. I tried to log in and check, but I don't remember my user code. If I get a chance later, I'll look it up. Meanwhile maybe someone else knows the answer.
My account is listed as active and I can't get any drop downs to choose region, etc. Maybe a site glitch? All of my previous assignments are listed.

Weird... I am on the site right now and the drop down menus in the job search section work fine for me.

Have you tried using a different browser? The site does not work with Firefox, but it works great with IE.
I tried Chrome and IE. With Chrome the drop down didn't work, with IE it came up blank.

I tried IE and firefox. Is not just a glitch because if it is, the same glitch has been happening for like a year now.
I use Firefox and have no problem with the drop down boxes and can see jobs when they are available. I just logged on and right now there are no jobs available any place, therefore it will be blank.
I use Firefox and am on the site right now. The drop-down menus are working for me.

Sorry I can't provide any help.
I just signed up, did the questionnaire, checked the 27 checkboxes in the ICA (what a pain in the ass) and cannot enter my banking info. Got the email with the login and password, logged in, got to the page of "please answer 3 more questions" found the 3 questions greyed out. Got to the routing # field, clicked on it, got cursor presence in the field, not accepting keyboard inputs at all.
Logged out, switched to IE, ditto.

Ideas? Suggestions?

thanks

Same here. Right after signing up with them, I could search and found and completed two jobs, but since then, nada. And I've tried with IE, FF, and Chrome. Wish s/o from the company would shout....
Art, there should be an edit button somewhere on the page. The system won't allow you to make any changes until you click on that first.

I've been able to use the search function again. The only jobs right now seem to be in New York, Illinois (Chicago) and California.

Same for me.

I have been with them for over a year, and they keep me busy enough - I could do more (as in they are offered, but I have to turn them down.)

You can try sending an inquiry through their contact box....
