Can anyone else log in?

Are you sure you're on the Shopper Login page and not the Client Login? I made that mistake once

Stay away from Best Mark! Do not accept any shops! They will scam you AFTER you did the work!! This happennded to me twice!

Bestmark is not a scammer as you put it blanka they are a very respecftful MSC that has good work for shoppers who follow the directions of the shop.

Blanka - Bestmark is an OK company and many of us shop for them successfully. You have had an experience you don't understand, and you need to make cordial contact with the company and find out what you need to do differently. It would be good to maintain a working relationship with all MSPs, especially if you are a new shopper.

After you have more experience and are signed up with more companies, you can be selective by simply not taking jobs with companies you don't prefer. That is a better way to operate, as companies change hands, change employees, and change clients all the time. We don't know what tomorrow will bring so why curtail our own opportunities? Bestmark has the rudest customer service there is, and they treat their shoppers like dirt.

Shutting down the login page is another trick they use to make sure that the reports are submitted late, and payment is witheld. Get a hold of the attorney general in your state and report them. They witheld my payment one too many times. I am done with Bestmark!

I've worked with Bestmark for years and submitted hundreds of reports, and have never had that experience. I've never had a late payment deduction...never had payment withheld...would you like to share your story with us so that we can help you?

I have a few Bestmark shops scheduled but right now the website is not recognizing login or email for some reasons. I have never had any bad issue with Bestmark so no complaints from me.

Best Mark is an okay company depending on where you live. I never have a problem logging in. I do have a problem is there are not very many shops in my area for them and they won't pay much extra for you to travel to somewhere else.

Strange now I can log in and my upcoming shops show but the show details is not working. I will call them. May be a temporary website technical issue.
