Is Market Force's Computer Broke-Anyone else experiencing problems?

In early August Market Force announced they were having issues processing reports and receipts but they claim they fixed those problem and continuing problems all month are the shopper's responsibility to submit additional work or receipts that allegedly were not uploaded in a timely manner.

The questions I am asking other MARKET FORCE (BLUE PORTHOLE) shoppers are;
1. Are you experiencing frustrating hesitations of up to 5 to 10 minutes between pages of reports when you click "submit"?

2. Are you experiencing frustrating hesitations of up to 5 to 10 minutes uploading receipts. (The CPI's I find are uploaded in the blink of an eye).

3. Are pages of your reports being wiped out causing you to re-answer pages again and again? One help desk representative suggested I save each page (something that their computer should do automatically when pages are submitted).

I think Market Force does not want to admit they are still having problems and claims no other shoppers are having similar problems. so we will stay up all night trying to submit reports and receipts without extra compensation for our efforts.

I have e-mails from individual Help desk employees admitting they still are having problems. I think it is a big problem and I think that shoppers like me are ready to quit and go elsewhere because the compensation does not cover staying up all night nursing their sick or dying computer.

In the last month I have had difficulty once on the purple side and not at all on the blue side. I only completed 5 blue shops in the last month.
I'm having trouble uploading receipts for the first time in a few years. This has been going on for at least a month and a half. Very frustrating.
Did a job for them yesterday and actually thought the receipt posted more quickly than usual.
I just finished a report a few minutes ago with no problems. CPI & receipt uploaded fine and show as verified.
No problem with the blue side; I submitted two reports today.

I am getting the same results as the posts above. The CPI's are loading quickly. I am still getting delays from slight to frustrating and I am still loosing some pages even though I am saving much more often especially on the pages that have many question. I do not want to answer a page with 20 or more questions more than once.

I am glad it is not my computer as Market Force would like to have us believe. I pick and choose my shops as I attempt to avoid staying up all night.
I'm noticing a little slowness, a few seconds, though, not minutes, on the blue side. Photos appear to be a BIG problem, though. Even though I love the Oriental fast food, I am hesitating on taking those shops because uploading the required photo of the plate along with the receipt, and linking them to the report questions is such a PITA. Uploading the receipts at the end has been a little slow but not bad. The CPI submits fast.
I have been submitting reports every few days - no problem at all with the blue portal. I recently did a vitamin shop audit and the upload was fast.

AustinMom - I love the oriental ff shops also - I have one coming up soon.

You gotta wonder. CPIs are almost instantaneous (Blue side). Receipts take a tad longer, but nothing to complain about. Linking photos is another matter. The last Oriental FF I did, left me time to do enough jumping jacks and lunges to burn at least half (not scientific, but sure seemed like it) of my caloric intake, waiting for the photo and receipt to go to MF Land.
I have done jobs for Marketforce for about 7 years or so. A problem I have had lately is during reporting the page wont go forward or back,, possible at times with the browser 'back'. What has worked is refreshing the page. Photos need top be a certain size(small) too big causes long DL time thats leads to no DL. (same with receipts) I am soo glad they went to electronic sigs for the CPI. Less scanning and saving the better. winking smiley I love M Force & certified xxoo

I have terrible problems uploading photos/receipts to both purple and blue.

Its horrific for me. Which is a shame as I have had some good jobs lately.

Me too on the uploads. All of a sudden, they no loner go through after I had no problem 99 times previously and I absolutely did not adjust my scanner settings. Wish they had a toll free number for receipt faxing...every other msc scanned receipts go through with no problems whatsoever.
I took a couple of tests and it never showed up that I took them. The communication has not been that good. Don't know if I will continue with them. It gets frustrating when you pass a test and it doesn't show that you passed.

I couldn't get my receipt to upload earlier today. So I just logged out, waited for a few minutes, and then logged back in. The receipt and the report went through quickly after that.
I have been frustrated with the speed of the computer. It took me 40 minutes to recently upload a bank job. i also have had a lack of jobsduring the last week or slow (very unusual ) I was recently congratulated by them for completeing 100 shops. I dont know if I am being blocked or if it is a coinsidence.
This has worked for me as well.

I did a photo audit a couple days ago, it took over an hour (1:20 min) to upload the pics required for the audit. I couldn't even walk away from the computer because it would just stop. I had to continue to "refresh" the page, then start over. Those pics already uploaded would be skipped on the next cycle. I could upload about 4 without a problem, then have to refresh, again and again. I thought these problems were resolved.
I have been having these problems since August. Soem receipts would just not submit. While doing reports, the page will hung and I will have to refresh it to move forward. Since I usually do all my reports around 1AM, or 6-8AM, I was wondering if it has something to do with traffic from their new European sites.
No problem the other day....hmm, I think it was Wednesday. Submitted my report and pics for my restaurant shop without a hitch. Got a 10 too...yippee. Hopefully issues have been resolved for others.

How did you get a "10" for Marketforce? They do not give grades.
I just did my first job for them but way too many computer issues. I prefer the Sassies system and Phophet. I am not sure what is wrong with their computer/server/software but it took too much time going back and forth. I do not believe I will be doing any more shops with them.

Make that six calls. It's a good thing I was on the other line and couldn't pick up. It had been less than one hour since the last call, when I very strongly asked them NOT to call me again today.
That is so weird to read about all the upload issues. Last week I did pictures for the vitamin audits with no problem. No problem with my receipts either. Am I just lucky?

Thanks for your posts! They calmed me considerably after 4 days of hell trying to download between 11-15 photos for 2 service station compliance audits. I got the data reported with no problems and on a timely basis. I hit the wall, after countless hours, over the next three days trying to download some twenty odd photos that were to be integrated with the data reports.
I sent eight emails to their help desk over the period of three days. I had my computer guy come check out my computer (big, brand new w/high speed cable) and tried to download the MF photos for three days! The website kept freezing when a photo was 60-75% complete. Previously on similar MF reports, I've had few problems. (I download a minimum of 200 per month for the retail merchandising job I have, so I'm not 'clueless' here!) It was a nightmare.
I sent 8 emails to their support desk. I got 6 'form' responses:
"We apologize that you are having trouble uploading photos to our Shopper Website. At the current time we are not able to duplicate the issue that Shoppers are having uploading photos to our website, but our IT department is working to find the problem and resolve it.
Until we are able to resolve this issue, you may e-mail us your photos as an attachment to the e-mail at pictures@marketforce.com. PLEASE include your Shopper ID and Assignment ID numbers!"

This is getting way too long... At any rate, I just got notified that my shop (which was at a nice bonus rate) had been invalidated due to the problems.

I am a retired legal asst. of 16 yrs. I have been shopping for over 5 years.
I do this work because I need and money and I enjoy the work. Most recently, I stopped doing the MF shops on the board and do only the ones they call me with since their normal rates are too low. These last 2 assignments cost me a huge amount of stress and time...not to mention the expense of printing out 30 pages in color for the guidelines, instructions and CPI, etc.
Now I am questioning the wisdom of continuing to work for a company where they don't value effort, dedication and good work..

I have had no blue portal problems except for photo uploads. Receipts are fine, CPI is fine. I discovered I had to upload 4 or fewer photos at a time for a successful upload. Linking was hassle free. The photo issue is new beginning in August. The speed of everything is fine, even the photo uploads.

I use Chrome for my browser...wonder what people are using?
I did two reports for MF yesterday. The receipt and uploads were 10 times faster than normal!!! Either my internet is MUCH better than I thought, or MF has resolved their issues.
