I got a phone call asking me to do several shops. They are not too far, but not in my town, so we agree on different fees for three different towns. Every other time I have done this, the CPI has reflected the amount we agreed on. This time, all three CPIs reflect the original fee. (Sooooooo not happening) I sent them an email, but they haven't been real good about answering them in the past. I am hoping it is just an error that can be resolved quickly, but PLEASE check the CPI even though it has always been "fine" in the past.

How long did you wait? It usually takes some time to move through the system. Check your CPI after 15 minutes or so.
If you wait about 15-30 minutes it should be reflected in the CPI. If there is no change, notify the scheduler. This has happened to me on one occassion and it was fixed immediately.
same for me.....just make sure you CPI is corrected BEFORE you do the shop.
