MarketForce pay question

I've never had a problem with them. But today I was reviewing the paperwork for a shop to be done tomorrow and it says $15 food reimbursement, no shopper pay. I could well be wrong, but I thought when I signed up it said $13 food reimbursement and $9 shopper pay. I don't think I would have signed up for this with no fee because I have to put out over $5 bus fare. I called and the guy checked and he said all he can see is that it is $15 reimbursement. He said he could add $4 pay onto that. I still said no, since that would not cover my bus fare.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Do you have your CPI? I was underpaid once. They caught the error about the same time I did. They issued me a second direct deposit. Good luck!
You need to print the CPI before you do the shop to verify everything is correct, for verification purposes, and you will have a record if something changes on their end.
You need to print the CPI IMMEDIATELY after getting the shop - don't even wait a day. MF has been known to change the CPI without telling you.

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.
Thanks, I didn't know. I think I will just try to figure out how to save it on my computer so as not to waste so much ink.
I've been thinking about this all day and I am sure they changed the reimbursement on me. I would only do a shop with no fee if I could walk to it.

Try cutepdf. Works great. Free. You "print" to the cute pdf and it saves it as a file.

As for Marketforce...they are on my pooey list today. They paid me and mixed up 2 shops...paid the wrong amount on 1 shop and nothing on the other (they paid the fee/reimbursement for shop B id number on shop A id number, but didn't pay shop A fee/reimbursement at all). The other shop completely disappeared from the log/pay history and there is no number corresponding to my number. Their answer to me...I must have it mixed up with someone else. Umm no, I only shopped this store because it is YOUR client. So I spun my wheels and got no where. I am giving up. I guess they aren't paying for my TP that trip.
Although I've found MF to be easy to work with - other than dealing with their Phillipines call center - I always save a copy of my CPI, report, and report confirmation in case there's a question later. You can save a copy of anything you have on the screen by printing and choosing "SAVE AS PDF", or better yet, download an app called PrimoPDF, which allows you to add ("append" is the term it uses) later documents to an earlier one. I do this to have all the documents for a single shop saved as one PDF.
I agree, I also limit my printing but I save everything. I do what calbear does. I save to a flash drive under the shop/company, filed by month. At the end of the year I back the whole year up to a large external drive.
