Market Force Assignment Verifications

Has anybody noticed a delay in their submitted reports getting verified in the past few days? I'm used to MF verifiying my reports quickly, usually in a few hours. However, I've got several reports that are still in limbo status after being submitted a couple of days ago.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or knows what's going on.

That's weird. I'm used to waiting 2 or 3 days, just figured the editor or verifier was busy. Last week I did 2 shops for them on the same day. Came home, entered the first one, made sure the receipt was listed as received, entered the second one, checked back to see if that one was received and noticed the first had been verified. I got the feeling some editor had been sitting there reading the report while I entered it!
Editors have lives too, I expect. Things may come up (family emergency, whatever) to delay their response.

And that's exactly the speedy type of verification I have gotten used to with the scads of assignments I do for them. But I still have those limbo assignments unverified going on quite a few days now, and yet a report I submitted only yesterday has been verified. Odd.

Guess I won't be concerned about having outstanding assignments in limbo anymore. It's a little difficult to not get tweaked about things that seem to not be going as usual with MF, now that I've become a member of this forum and have been hearing all the stories about shoppers getting dropped out of the blue. But it's not doing me any good to be worried about it.

I've done several types of shops...only the FF is still unverified after 5 days. The other shops are verified within hours and one day max.

Looks like most of the submitted reports are now out of limbo status. Guess they got behind or something.

Is there some way to get more jobs posted on the job board. I have noticed if I do not log in several times a day the jobs just disappear. I have also seen my job list get shorter and am not sure why. I am new at Mystery Shopping and when I first signed on there were good jobs with good pay. Now when I log on there are all these jobs at the airport in Los Angeles and other sites where I can not get access. What is the secret of getting good jobs that are in your area?
For the anyone-can-apply jobs, it's usually just a matter of timing. Logging in regularly and applying right away, responding to e-mails right away, etc. Many companies post their new assignments on set days/times of the month and the good jobs get assigned quickly, leaving only the hard-to-fill or less desirable jobs on the board to straggle until picked up or bonused. Once you've become more familiar with the companies you work with most often, you'll get a feel for when they post their jobs and you can plan to check on those days/times. Some companies post new jobs all the time and you just have to be diligent, make sure your email and email preferences are set up correctly in your profile, and build some history with the companies so you're on their radar. Best of luck!
The holiday shop I did today was verified within hours. The FF shop I did six days ago is still not verified. What is going on? Anyone still waiting for FF to be verified?

Yep. I still have a certain FF to be verified that was submitted almost a week ago. All other assignments that I completed days after that, even as recently as yesterday, were immediately verified. This is so unusual in my experience with MF.

Just following up...submitted an assignment an hour ago and it's already been verified. However, the FF assignment is still in limbo. Must be something up with these particular FF reports.

I am not understanding the word ---"verified" or verification". I have never had a shop/assignment by MFI vertified. And I have done many. What I do see being "vertified" is the CPI and/or the receipt.

Actually I would think the report doesn't get "vertified" until you have been paid. Which is why it may take a month into the following month of the shop, to see payment. In a prior post I posted, "QC questioned a statement I made in a shop a month earlier". Knowing I had not received pay for the shop yet, I had to check into my reports to respond. A day or two later I was paid for the shop along with all others of that previous month.

You have not received payment yet, return to the scan verified screen and look at the CPI/receipt again. Maybe there is a question about it that you can answer. and then send a question to the help desk. Can't hurt.

Keep in mind, if your shop/assignmnt was invalided--->You would have heard within a short period of time. QC does not waste time time. Your report may be waiting for the client approval.

Yes, a shopper can navigate to the CPI/Receipt Status Page to see which receipts are still in "submitted" status, a.k.a. "an assignment in limbo". That can mean anything, from the report not being edited yet to a possible question pending.

Or they can see which receipts show as "verified", which many shoppers, myself included, use as a means to identify which of their reports are somewhere in the editing process. It's just a way we keep track of what is happening with our assignments.

The reason for this subject arising in the first place is that some of us have experienced some unfamiiar delays in the time it is taking for the status to change from "submitted" to "verified." After some discussion here and via PM, it seems that the delays seem to pertain only to one FF client. Why that is, we still don't know. But at least we are now reassured that those delays are not due to something that we shoppers did wrong.

It seems to be the FF shops only that are far behind...I have FF shops 7 days sitting there... without receipts being looked at....
All of my MF assignments are now in verified status. It sure took a long time for those FFs to get taken care of.

Glad to see the verification process seems to be going smoothly for all of us again.

I've been shopping for this MSC since March, and am just now experiencing my first delayed verification. It's from the gold FF and I can't figure out what would be taking so long. Has anyone experienced this lately?

Yes I have three - from the 20th, 24th and 26th that have not yet been verified. Just so long as they do it time for the next payroll I am good.

Of all the Market Force shop types, I've found the FF to take the longest to be verified. Don't worry, it just seems those always take several days. They must really scrutinize the times or something.

I did a breakfast and lunch the same day...one verified, one not. I'm not concerned.
I sometimes get a wee bit anxious when I've submitted a negative report to MF and see that it is taking a long time to get verified.
