Sentry Marketing deactivating you for no reason?

So, I completed a couple shops for Sentry and then a couple weeks later I tried to log in and I find out they've deactivated me. I emailed them several times and they would not email me back. So I gave up and decided I did not want to work for them if they were not going to communicate. Now I have been getting emails from them begging me to do a shop in my area, even though I don't have an account with them. Really? They deactivate me for no reason and now they want me to sign back up? Has this happened to anyone else?

Not with Sentry. However, I have experienced something similar with another MSC that uses Prophet.

The owner claimed I asked to be deactivated. I did not. However, I sometimes get mass emails from independent schedulers working for that MSC.

Go figure.
Grace, if they're emailing you to do shops, you were probably deactivated in error. I find that interesting, as my own account was recently closed. I had told two schedulers (separately) I didn't want to do a particular shop any more, but I didn't mean I was bailing out. Perhaps the closing of my account was a mistake, too. Those things happen. I didn't follow up on it because the shop I no longer wanted to do was the only one they had in my area.

Sentry monitors this board, and I'm sure if your account was shut down in error you'll hear from them with a reply here or a direct contact if they can identify you. In the last two to four months, Dave has posted his personal email on the forum. If you do a search on Sentry and click on all dates, I think you can find that thread and get an email for Dave. Or sit tight and maybe he'll be in touch. He's very careful about his company and good to communicate with shoppers.

Grace, I'm sorry that happened but I wouldn't worry about it. I figure there are a lot of companies, and if one doesn't want me anymore they must have their reasons. I pick and choose companies and they pick and choose shoppers. It works out well for all of us. Keep signing up and never look back. You'll be fine.

Yeah, it's not a big deal. I was just wondering if other people had the same problem.
Grace, I got an email from Sentry about doing a shop, and I used the "reply" feature to tell them I could no longer access their website. I got an email back that I had been reactivated. If you still want to shop for them, try replying to one of their shop emails and see what happens. Can't hurt.
