Delay payment for FrontlineFocus

Hi Everyone,

For this 2 months, the payment for Frontlinefocus have been delayed.
The formal regulation for the payment is on 25 of the next month for this month visits.
For September visit, which is the payment should be made on 25 October, it was paid on 12 November 2012
And for October 2012 visit, until today, 14 December 2012, the payment is not being transferred yet.

The staffs of local Frontlinefocus (Indonesia) said that the payment from Canada is delayed, and until now they are pushing for the payment but there is not any feedback yet from their HQ. And the problem is not for Indonesia only, but also for other countries in Asia.

If anyone knows about the company condition etc please share it, because I have terrible experience of not being paid by FreemanGroup for 2 [client] visit and now the company does not exist.

I messaged the scheduler when I didn't receive payment for October shops by Nov 30th. She paid me the same day via Paypal.
I have the same problem of yours...I am in Bahrain(Middel East ) my payment is also been delayed frm last 3,4 months.I am not yet paid for Period 10.
Also the [client]job..I did that in May2012 & emailed theem soo many times...but no responce & now it seems that there company is closed...no reply frm them at all...
I have the same doubt I cannot hope that my 2 months shops will be paid

Has anyone been paid for November shops? I'm hesitant to complete January shops since I'm already owed for November and December.
pues los retrasos siguen ya estamos terminando agosto del 2013 y aun no pagan abril del 2013 y no recivimos respuesta por parte de los cordinadores solo nos dicen que esperemos
I haven't been paid for November or December '13, have emailed a few times, no one replied until I threatened to report them to the MSPA and then someone did reply on the final day, gave me a load of flannel and disappeared again! I've sent another threatening email giving them 7 days to pay the £168.00 they owe me or I will report them. Terrible treatment from such a big company. They beg and beg you to do assignments for them and then WE have to beg in return for our payments. I suppose there's more Shoppers that just give up trying, or even forget about monies owing and so it's a win win situation for them really isn't it?? Well, they picked on the wrong person here :-)
linda.mac, did you ever get paid? I'm waiting for my payment for the January shops, and looking for where to report Frontline. What is the MSPA? Thanks!
Just an update to my last post.

I did my shopping at the end of January 2014. After repeated emails and phone calls to the main office in Canada, I FINALLY received payment on April 15. That was 12 weeks after I did my shopping.

I told them that it is disgraceful that they require their shoppers to do their shops on time and to submit their reports within 24 hours, yet it took nearly 80 days to get paid. Something is very wrong!
Frontline Focus always paid me. They did got behind in payments as they lost clients. My last payment was about 4 months behind.

Hi there, yes I did eventually get paid but I had to tell them I had been in contact with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then they couldn't have helped me more to get all my money owed!! It was spread over 3 or 4 payments, some by BACS, some by cheque, weird!! all the signs of a company on the brink if you ask me!! Still, one good thing, I've never got to eat those dreaded Papa John's pizzas again!! it doesn't matter what flavour you have, they all taste the same!!
