Bestmark Guidelines

Am I missing something when I look at my shops for Bestmark and there isn't anywhere to click to see the guidelines or the form? I've tried logging in using IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

The guideline shows up after you're accepted or self assigned the shops. Sometimes there's a quiz and always a sample report and blank questionnaire.
