You're not the only one! LOL. Seems like it is down for now.

Added: Wouldn't it be nice they are upgrading it??? I like how we find shops, I don't like the shop input. A SAVE button would be nice and putting receipt in at the end would also be nice. smiling smiley

Its up again. I called and they told.me.they were working on it. I was just now able to log in.
SAM, they are upgrading the site. Word on the street is it will be compatible with multiple browsers and there will be a Save feature. At first I thought it might be relatively soon, but it may be about six months out.

Receipt upload at the beginning or end doesn't much matter to me. I hope they keep the relatively easy job search and they stay with one page on the reports.

I wish they would upgrade their rates. It is frustrating not to find shops even at the end of the month worth the trouble. Maybe it just applies to my area.
With CORI it is definitely location, location, location. I also find when there is an influx of new shoppers the rates stay low. Very frustrating to see gas audits or hardware stores that regularly went for $20 to $30 being grabbed up at $8 to $11. So if anyone is in my area and reading this, cut it out!smiling smiley The good news, I wait it out for a while and when those shoppers are out of rotation I'm getting the jobs at high fees again.

their site is now WAY worse then it was! Hope they soon fix it......can't get it to work at all in IE and they won't accept reports in anything BUT IE...I waited and waited to speak to somebody on line....never happened....as picky as THEY are, they really need to get their crap together....

I use Firefox and I've never had a problem with them accepting my reports.
I was trying to assign two shops whose rates finally went up, but I couldn't get on the website. Now it's back up, and someone grabbed them before me. Frustrating. Just provide a decent rate to begin with. The waiting game is getting ridiculous. And for those grabbing these at low rates - wise up. The hardware store requires 4 interactions, two observations, and sometimes 30 minutes inputting the report if the site goes down. Not worth $8!!!!
consider yourself lucky.....they get VERY anal about it and will refuse to pay if it doesn't all come through....

Same problem here. After about six attempts it went through.

They raised the fee on my local grocery store from $4 to $14 so I took it for tomorrow. Maybe it would have gone higher by the end of the month, but I need groceries anyway so I thought I'd try it. If I don't hate it, there are stores in some of my route shop towns that go begging so I can probably pick those off at higher rates later on. But I don't like doing a route shop for anything I didn't do locally first.

I didn't have any trouble assigning it to myself about 20 minutes ago.

That is a very smart policy. Route shopping can be rife with unpleasant surprises. Anything you can do to minimize that is a good thingsmiling smiley

Yeah, I usually have one "new to me" shop on a route but I try to minimize it every chance I get. I've been lucky to only have to do about three "new to me" shops for the first time during a route. The rest I've managed to do a local one first. Makes it much easier to lay out the route if I have an idea how long and how stressful every shop might be.

They have to be the only company i know that will take months to roll out an upgraded platform. I would love to talk to the **** that runs their IT dept. They have not a clue what they are doing. You test it on a test server first, run through the bugs, then roll it out within a day to your live site.

Then again the fact that they made a site that is technically only compatible with internet explorer we should not expect anything more of them.

extremely upset right now...just did an entire report and then there was an error so i have to do it again! this is just unacceptable....they like to be rude with their shoppers, well i'd like to be rude with them. i agree, techman...they must have some real idiots running their IT dept.
Well, nice to keep updated on this. Waiting for GOOD news from CORI.

Maybe if we all ban them for the next 60 days they'd get it all working much faster....

Hmmm, just a thought.
I have all of the same issues everyone else is concerned about. I did 9 gas stations yesterday, 5 of them had 12 pumps. I had to re enter all of them. I gave up at midnight, then started again at 6am. Called the scheduler at 8am & was told I had until midnight tonight to get them in. Are they really dinging our ratings over their problem?
Also, my fave scheduler there must have been promoted. She is still there, just not as a scheduler. The new scheduler used to be an editor, and has been "difficult" to say the least.
With some trepidation I took a gas audit and three other shops yesterday. The audit was just submitted within the last hour. It was slow to submit and looked like it might possibly time out, but it went through. I am also working on my old PC which is in dire need of a tune up and can't be sure that was not part of the problem.

I have noticed one constant in the website problems with many companies, often they are much more prevalent in the evening from around 7 pm on. That leads me to believe that site traffic could receive at least part of the blame. I can't count the number of times it has happened and waiting until early the following morning has resulted in reports breezing through.

Lisa, once again you are correct. I've noticed many websites slower in the evening hours than in the late late night or very early morning.
