Bestmark automotive email shops

I did two of them, one was rejected saying I went to the wrong URL. I was careful to go to the correct URLS, the one with no period in the names other than the needed ones. I've emailed them. I was not told in the instructions which URL to use, just the address and that it had not to have extra dots in the URL. Has this happened to anyone else? I just emailed Bestmark.
These are my first two shops for them.

I got a reply telling me which URL I should have gone to, but it had an extra dot in the middle of the name. I was told NOT to use that URL. I've emailed them again.
I did one just last week and noticed that I have been "dinged" $3.00 for the reason of "other." I emailed the help desk asking why. Now, I have a feeling that was the reason.

I suppose that has been my last shop for them. Not worth the stress. Their pay is $3.00 LESS than most other car dealership shops anyway. Now, they are taking $3.00 more away?!?!

Ugh!!! Can't you tell Im a tad frustrated!

I hate seeing people learn the hard way from this company.....I did too but a long time ago.
That was my last shop for them. I just received an email that I used the wrong url. Whuttever...no skin off my back!
I received a second email from Bestmark, giving me a DIFFERENT url from the one they said was right. I clicked on that and it was a non-working URL! I emailed them again. I did not hear back.
I just checked my payment history and it is still only showing one shop done, but the pay shows as $8 instead of $4.
So it looks like I did go to the correct site.
I'd like to know why they don't tell you the URL when they give you the shop.
Maybe different automotive shops than the ones that I just did - but I didn't have any issues with the auto service shops. Visit the service section of the dealer site, make an appt online and report about that experience. Then take the car in for oil change or tire rotation and report that also. These were reimbursements of up to $75, so it sounds like different that what you were working on...? Anyways, try picking up the phone - it's much quicker and easier to get a straight answer.
These were email shops only. All you had to do was send an email but for some reason they won't tell you the URL then they tell you you went to the wrong URL.

I do about 15 of these a month..once they mentioned about the url found on the dervice scheduling sight...but no hassles i do two a day send them answers are back when you get home
I have done several of these. I actually did one for my very first shop just to test the waters. I figured if it didn't work out, it was only a few bucks. I found it to be super easy and have never had any issues with the url. I always follow the link on the directions and double check it is the right company. Maybe I am new and being taken advantage of in the pay department but I figure the whole web inquiry/report and all takes less than 10 minutes so if I did 6, that's $18 bucks an hour for hardly any work! I'll be taken advantage of for that.
