Monterey car dealer shop payments

Hello All, Can anyone tell me what the pay cycle is for this company's car dealership shops?
Some types of shops pay on different cycles. Can anyone help?

Generally I get paid 25-40 days post-shop.

Sometimes it is 5-10 days, which is phenomenol. Those are kind of rare; I generally see the payment drop 3-4 weeks post-shop.

Low pay though. LOW for the price of the cars shopped. And scheduler admitted at least 45 minutes at minimum at the dealer plus report. No thanks.
