Becoming Scheduler/Editor

I have been secret shopping on and off since 2007. I think that my mom would be a great editor for a company, I know some are freelance and some are actual employees, but most can work from their homes. Does anyone know of a company that you can work from home, and how to go about applying? I have done some quick searches and wasnt able to come up with anything so I figured I would ask here and hope for the best! Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
