New Image Marketing

Has anyone shopped with this company before? I saw one thread on this forum about them, but it seems that the person that posted was full of hot air. Anyone else care to chime in?

I've done several shops for them. I had one small snafu with a payment issue, but it was resolved quickly and I do believe it was just a mistake, not an intentional error. Overall they're very good and I've enjoyed working with them.

Hi! My name is Natalie and I just started mystery shopping two weeks ago so I am very new to all this but very excited. I just performed a shop for this company yesterday, Sept 9, 2013 and was a bit disappointed with them. It seems when you get on their main page or log in page it states something like in order to be a good Mystery Shopper you should turn in your report within 24 hours. When I received my ship forms I recall seeing those same words listed on my form prior to completing shop. This morning at midnight they send me an email which I read at about 7:30 a.m. indicating that I was overdue with my report. I was taken aback because the site says 24 hours and my forms said the same and now I'm considered late which is hard for me to swallow when I like to follow directions and complete tasks as indicated. The thing if it's my fault no problem. But, I have called the person who gave me the shop and emailed her as well as emailed the support team ant it's now about 10:57 a.m. and no one has contacted me so I could get clarity and find out if I could fax my receipt and picture. I think that's not good on their part. I figured someone would've contacted me by now. But, nothing. I'm disappointed.

The other thing to be aware of is while many shops may say 24 hours after the shop, sometimes the last day of shopping window it has to be in by midnight. So if you could shop between the first and the 15th, you have 24 hours unless you shop on the 15th and then it may need to be in by midnight.

I've never stop for this specific company, but just something to be aware of for the future.

Hi Natalie!

I've been shopping with New Image Marketing for years now, and I just finished a round of shops for them yesterday. I got home from my route at 10PM and started entering reports, and not an hour later received a string of overdue notices! I was frankly affronted, and contacted the scheduler to ask what was going on. She explained that in their system, the shops "begin" at 12 AM, and thus the system thinks that your 24 hours is up at midnight on the day of the shop. She said to ignore the overdue notices. I think this might be a new thing, since I've never experienced it before, but IMO it's disrespectful to the shoppers and aggravating.

Does this MSC use the Sassie platform? I have noticed that this happens to me with other Sassie companies ever since the last Sassie upgrade. I am also told not to worry about it either. But it can be frazzling to wake up, check your e-mail before the green tea has even kicked in, and seen an overdue notice.

I just accepted my first shop with this MSC. Quarterly convenience shop. I only told one and close to home so I can "check it out" first. I sometimes find that the "easy peasy" shops give me the most grief.

I have had really good experiences with New Image Marketing. I have probably done 125 or so shops with them, with no problems.
