I went ahead and rescheduled my shop for next week to give them time to get back to me. Last time I had a shop question, it took three days.
That's not always the case as I have had them get back to me within an hour but I didn't want to miss the deadline so went ahead and rescheduled. The guidelines specifically say it cannot be an internet bill.
They emailed me back a couple of hours ago.
They said they were going to check into it and get back to me.
