CRI uploads

I am in the process of spending over 1/2 an hour on a VERY simple report to CRI. Does anyone else have a problem with their system? No spell check, only works with ie, and once you hit submit, you wait. It's now been 22 minutes. If I could save the dumb shop with the answers and resubmit it later it wouldn't be so bad. Instead if the system runs true to form, it will time out and all data will be lost.
Seriously am I just a total techno idiot or is their system really a mess?
I swear if they didn't put such good bonuses on their shops I'd stick them on my "not shop" list.
Thanks for letting me vent!
going to call up ie and hit submit a couple dozen more times.

Open CRI in another browser and check your history. It may show it has all ready gone through but just hasn't communicated that to you. I have found whenever I have an upload go slow and check; it has all ready gone through.

Interesting, Liz! I had this problem the other night. I didn't think of that. I just waited and tried again a few hours later, and it went through then. Wonder if they got two?
