Trendsource Question

I accepted an assignment which just requires pictures. The problem is, the location is INSIDE a facility that requires you to pay $60 to get into. They gave me no letter to give them, and for the fee, it makes no sense to go in paid. I emailed them when I first took the assignment and have heard nothing back. They don't accept calls from shoppers. What should I do?

I have called them during a shop. Try (619) 718-7467. Definitely wouldn't complete that shop under those circumstances.

Its unusual for them to screw up this bad. No trendsource letter in your printable forms?

Definitely call.
You may want to look at your paperwork again as well. I've never done an audit for TS that didn't have a letter of authorization. It's sometimes the very first page of the evaluation form and more often the very last page of the evaluation form.

Finally got an answer. Seems you have to pay to go into park and get reimbursed. Not bad if I still had my season pass. And figured out the little mail icons by your assignment are pretty much decoration since they did not receive my message. They actually found out via google alert. Nice peeps though they don't seem to communicate with each other.
