I had two excellent experiences with I-Myst and both were video shops which is something they rarely have.
The first was an apartment complex where my battery died as I was entering the leasing office. The video gods were with me since I noticed it right away and was able to excuse myself and put in a fresh one. About 6 to 8 minutes of video were lost and for some clients that would not be acceptable. I-Myst allowed me to write a detailed narrative for the missing segment and paid me in full. BTW, they were paying double the standard apartment video shop.
The second was for a more unusual shop with an extremely picky client. Circumstances beyond my control made it difficult to keep the target on camera and the client would not accept the shop. All part of the territory, but frustrating nonetheless. While I was not paid for the failed shop, I-Myst not only offered me the reshop, they provided a substantial bonus for my return trip. The shop itself took 10 minutes or less.
Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
