Thank you to Market Force.

Market Force -
I know that I 100% promised your scheduler last Monday that I would get the four FF shops done as scheduled, yet later that night I received the very sad news that there would be a family funeral later in the week, and as it turns out it was to be during one of those four shops. When I emailed and called everyone that I could find at your company, I received three replies, each expressing sympathy, and everyone offering to help reschedule, which the first person had already taken care of before replies 2 and 3 reached me. I appreciated the compassion and considerate help.
Today was the rescheduled shop, and it echoed your kindness. There was a special needs individual cleaning the dining area during my entire dine-in portion. Every time she encountered anything at all out of the ordinary - a piece of ice on a table, an unopened straw on a chair, a customer sitting at a table than had a napkin on the floor beneath it - she had to ask the manager what to do. Each time, the manager responded with patience, speaking clearly but not patronizingly, providing the right instruction to the worker with up-building respect. It was beautiful to behold, and I stayed much longer than I normally would just soaking it up.
I felt a little more hope, Market Force, both through small acts of kindness on your part last week, and because of that, during a restful and inspiring and wonderfully clean shop today.
Thanks.

Market Force gets bashed here a lot--and sometimes deservedly so--but I have to say when I went through, in no particular order:

1. Pump going out on my well
2. Computer breaking
3. Mifi breaking
4. Transverter dying
5. Electricity going out due to fires, wind and flash floods
6. Property being flooded out
7. Flat tire
8. Dead battery
9. Being stranded three times in a rental car in a 10-day period
10. Getting deathly ill from a shop
11. Completely losing my cell phone twice and living so far from nowhere I couldn't buy new ones until the next day.

and a few more things, all within a few-week period a few months ago, I have to say there were great. I tried to keep the Help Desk informed to the point they had to be so sick of me. I did so much rescheduling and begging and more often than not I got really nice emails back. I would have deregistered me!!

So, I'm trying to make it up by taking some of the hard-to-schedule shops and getting them done as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are now facing another week of monsoons and floods, but I'm trying.

I really like Market Force despite one or two employees who shouldn't be there.
MarketForce is one of my favourites. They have been great and that's my story and I'm sticking to it. smiling smiley
My wife and I earned as much from Market Force as any other MSC, but were dropped recently without any explanation. Could it have been a pruning of contractors? Any others have this happen to them?
I was in demand for shops that were out of the way. Every month Market Force was willing to pay a bonus at the end of the month to get me to drive to small towns to complete a shop. All of a sudden I was dropped without explanation. Now they call my husband to do the exact same shops.
Market Force almost never explains when they elect to no longer make assignments available to shoppers. Most frequently the WebFC just disappears. If the shopper asks if something is wrong, MF usually explains that they are no longer able to offer shops but that for confidentiality reasons "we can't tell you why."

Many have had this happen. It could very well be that they have had a large influx of new shoppers in your area and because you have done a lot of shops they are choosing to go with new blood. They have fast easy reports requiring little skill and no real writing ability, so it makes them ideal as a training ground for new shoppers. MF appears to believe (and their attorney has stated on nationwide TV) that the only necessary requirement for a good mystery shopper is to be breathing.

Wishing you the best. You will both move on and find more and better assignments.
Market Force has been one of my very favorite MSC. They are always there to help and most are considerate, dedicated to their job and helpful in answering any questions.
Thank you Market force for all your positive comments and help!

Marketforce is one of the better "human" companys that I have done shops for. I had a problems not with them the outside world they let me walk away then come back when I was ready.
Marketforce has been forgiving of my family emergencies. I have not done enough assignments for them to warrant routine explusion, but this seems to happen more often with multiple fast food assignment participants.
I was dropped from doing trailer checks and no explanation was given. I had to go through hoops to get someone to explain why I was dropped. I won't get into details, but I felt that I was shaffed. they say that I did not complete an assignment even though I had cancelled it well in advance. They then gave the assignment to someone else, all without contacting me. I have a hard time dealing with that situation as I believe in being up front in all my dealings. I am extremly disappointed in their approach. not a happy camper at this time.
There is a burger restaurant that I had done some good shops. All of a sudden, one location never shows up on my available shops. I wrote to them and they say they don't share this type of information with their shoppers. Very odd.
I was dropped from the basketball team shop, locally. I shopped it too much, I guess. They won't tell you, but if you shopped it often, you probably maxed it out.
