I know this tip is too late to help you, but maybe it can help you in the future and others any time...
Whenever I have to use an on-site form to communicate with a MSC, I always print to PDF before I submit. I make sure I've enlarged the box where I typed my inquiry so that it all shows. I name the PDF file with the date and brief summary of the inquiry, i.e., '09-25-13, Payment Inquiry to MF'.
Same with using the 'contact' link on Sassie sites. So far I've never had an issue with not being responded to, but it has provided peace of mind while I wait for a response.
