Burger King and Checkers

Anyone know which companies have the Burger King or Checkers account? Whole Foods? Other chain restaurants? Thanks!

I withdraw the question. Sorry fellow shoppers!

Dude! smiling smiley Please read the 'new mystery shoppers' part of the forum. And the posting rules, in the light-blue box at the bottom of every page of this forum; which are very brief and pretty damned loose when you think about some other forums out there ~ which *clearly* state: "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies." Aside from the fact that the contract everyone enters with the MSC requires confidentiality.

As to the "loose" rules I mentioned... just as an example, I'm on another forum that doesn't allow the use of emoticons or 'text/AOL speak'. (i.e., 'LOL' or that ever-horrid, cringe-inducing 'ppl'. That one just makes me gag for some reason. Especially when a writer basically types out their own extended personal manifesto, using tons of words, some large and complex, and every one single one of them spelled out... *except* for every time they want to use the word 'people', they type 'ppl'. I want to punch 'em in the face for that. How come I see that *so* often?!) Anyway, they also required capitalization and punctuation. They prefer proper spelling, but I've seen a few errors slip by. And no sig lines, since your name and a tag line of your choice appears to the left of each post. No double posts, and none of those annoying empty quote posts we get on here so often.

nslowry I know you are new and not familiar with the rules. I probably asked the same thing when I started. Sadly we are not permitted to say which companies have which clients. Either by the mystery shopping company we work for or by the rules on this forum. I wish we could, I really do, it would make things so much easier, but we can't.

What you are going to need to do is sign up with as many companies as you can (there's a long list down the bottom) and then you'll probably find the companies that you're looking for. It's going to take you a while and it's a real pain but pretty much all of us have done it.

Once you've gone through all that work and found the information you need you'll probably find yourself becoming annoyed when people ask for this information because of all the hard work you had to do to find it out for yourself!!
Storm, ppl is indeed bad, but nothing. I mean absolutely NOTHING, is worse than "I could care less."

Also, is BK even shopped? I've found most of the major chains but not them or Wendy's. Or Chick-Fil-a. OMG. If I could find CFA I would be a huge fat pig.

JP,

Thank you for the very nice reply. I appreciate that you were polite and did not chastise me for my error.

Hey nslowry. Don't feel bad. I did the same thing on my first post. Now I know better, but it did take a good "spanking" from more seasoned posters.

You're right there! At least 'irregardless' seems to be diminishing in usage. Heh. smiling smiley

I actually agree with both of these sentiments. The confidentiality thing actually does seem a little over-done by the MSCs sometimes, as several of them so freely and openly state who their clients are right out in public... but it's the agreement we make when we sign up with them, and that we must stand by in order to maintain our integrity.

And yeah... once you've put in all the work the rest of us have finding out the information, it is a little annoying when someone expects (or maybe just hopes!) to get the information so easily. But I suspect they often don't realize all the work that goes into making a client list... but if they continue in MS'ing, they'll find out! smiling smiley

Yes BK is shopped I just did one yesterday to test the drive thru. I guess thats all I can say. But this particular company paid a bonus. $20 for a 137 seconds. Not bad.

Oh nice. I mean I'm not a BK fan but there's one half a mile from my house. Was this one of those competitor photo shop things though? Those are the only BK shops I've seen.

Yes, I've seen Wendy's shops, but not recently. Irregardless, I've seen them. I could care less though; some ppl like Wendy's, some ppl don't.
I don't eat fast food, but I pick up my cousin from dialysis at lunchtime and he loves burgers. Might as well get paid for picking him up and getting him free food. Once in a while, we'll do a Boston Market or DQ drive thru. Perfect!
FYI...Nslowry, I can't of course say who but I will say that Boston Market and DQ are both shopped very extensively by a large MSC. Keep looking if you haven't found it!

And don't feel bad if you don't find it right away. It took me six years to find the MSC that shopped these places. (I was not an active MS during some of that time, though.)
I have been doing the DQ and Boston Mkt ones for about 9 months now. Found that site right away. Also found 5 Guys and Sonic and Subway and Panera, some local restaurants, BGs, Wendys, Wings, Village Inn, Manchu Wok, Tijuana Flats, and Quiznos. Still looking for BK though. Forget McDonalds...I refuse to eat their "food".
I wish we still had a Boston Market in my town ~ because I seem to be signed up with the MSC who does them, seeing as they do those other eateries, too. We used to have one, but they closed up and left several years ago, now.

I've only found the MSC who does the Subways at the truck stops. Not the regular ones. sad smiley I'm with the Panera company, but they rarely post those here ~ only once every three or four months. I'm with the MSC who *used* to do Quiznos, but haven't found who they moved to; since that company obviously doesn't do them anymore. I saw several Wendy's shops a few months ago, but not since.

And, Tlt14, your post really did make me laugh out loud! smiling smiley

By the way... what is Checkers? Obviously a regional place that we don't have out here... but curious anyway. smiling smiley

Like me, you may know them by a different name.

I LUV Boston Market smiling smiley
Checkers is (was) awesome. They closed down the only one I know of here...

They are like "Rally's" some amazing french fries and I don't eat a lot of fries...Good foodsmiling smiley
I was surprised to pull up that website and find them to be the same as Rally's. I always wonder why the different names in different regions when everything else is the same.

There are still a lot of Checker's here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. They are a hamburger chain that has a drive thru on both sides of the building. Very convenient for those who have the steering wheel on the right side of their vehicle.

I just had a shop for the Friday was great!

“I cheated on my fears, Broke up with my doubts, Got engaged to my Faith, Now I’m married to my Dreams.” – Anonymous
I have a 5 Guys not 5 minutes from me and love their food! I'd better start looking for the MSC that does them.... Yummy! And my kids will love me forever if they can have 5 Guys' food more often.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
5 guys is shopped keep signing up!! We really like their burgers, also. I have not did a shop for them yet so don't know about about the reports but I see it in the future.
I don't work for the company that does 5 Guys any longer. They screwed me out of a shop when it was totally not my fault. It was their computer mix up and I took the fall. After I complained, they dropped me.

Anyway, keep a look out on the Volition, Jobslinger and MSPA job boards for 5 Guys. It is listed under casual dining.

Note: I looked on all 3 job boards tonight and didn't see a listing. When I do, I'll pass it along.
