But I can't look at a jobboard without signing in. So I assume they can see who is signed in looking at job boards.

Absolutely, they can see what you are doing....
If you are in the account for a certain job, they can go in, and you are effectively "locked out" of your report, until they are done with your report.
This happened to me a few times, an editor was grabbing my report/receipt and if you try to go in the account to sign off the CPI or input the receipt, you can't touch your report until the editor/scheduler is done.

Where do you see this information? I never have, here. On another forum I frequent, they used to have the list of those logged on across the bottom of the page... but now it's visible by clicking a link. But I've never seen that here?
