Re: Customer Impact & Scheduling

Hey eveyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has a problem getting shops scheduled from this MSC.
I have a shopper rating of 9 and even with this rating, I request a shop and they
never seem to get back to me. I don't remember having this problem in the past,
plus I continue getting emails about the shop(s) that I requested. Maybe they have
some new employees and they are just running behind on scheduling ?

I emailed my scheduler yesterday and they are bogged down. It will happen but you will have to wait a bit more.
I've had the same problem. I always got 9/10 "Great job!" scores on my high end restaurant shops with Customer Impact in the past, and I apply month after month, only to see the same shop then listed on multiple job boards days later, when the due date is fast approaching and I applied days before. Very strange, as I'm guessing they have to pay a fee if they schedule through a job board instead of through their own site? Hmm...
I have a quick acceptance with CI. smiling smiley I don't wait days like some of the other MSC's. The Company "Beyond Goodbye" is known for slower response times....
My first one was really slow, but then I got a 10 on the report and the editor made glowing comments about how amazingly awesome I am and now they seem to be assigned almost immediately. I've only seen 4 shops in my area though. I wish they had more because I love all 4 of the ones they have.

I'm in a sweet spot with them. I seem to get a nice variety of choices for one nice dinner per month, which is where I wanna be.

My shops finally got scheduled. I had requested 3 and all of them were assigned. I guess they
were just back-logged
Update: Alas, my patience and persistence paid off... was just "awarded" my much sought-after Customer Impact shop. Happy, happy, happy ;-)

That's nice to hear. I've only gotten 2 so far and I only see one other assignment that I can't do in my area. This to me is my favorite fine dining MSC and they are so nice to work with. I just wish there were more shops. I'm sure they are grabbed up fast - they must be quite popular.
I like them a lot, and only a few times did they take a long time to get back to me. The scheduler actually called to appologize and offered me a nearby shop. Great feedback from them- and I love their blog.
