Of course I monitored the site and as I stated before, my scheduler was a great guy and he would check for me on the status. My problem was with the payment office. When I complained after the payment lady was nasty to me, they deactivated me. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and irresponsible. So now we are both happy not having to endure each other.
That is great that you love them but I wanted to share my experience which was not pleasant at the time.
