Yes, you are very wrong. This is an open internet forum, and anyone who has an internet connection and can read even just a little bit can read anything that is posted here. When I was a new shopper - in 2008 - I also naively believed what you thought: that this was a private forum for mystery shoppers. It is definitely NOT. Just as you found the forum on the internet, anyone else can also: in addition to mystery shoppers, we have schedulers, editors, company owners and managers, the clients of mystery shopping companies, and sometimes even the employees of the clients looking to find out which company mystery shops its employer. We frequently get bogus posters who are only here to spam us. ANYONE can read what you say or ask, AND anyone who is willing to register to create a screen name can respond to what you say and ask.

Of course I monitored the site and as I stated before, my scheduler was a great guy and he would check for me on the status. My problem was with the payment office. When I complained after the payment lady was nasty to me, they deactivated me. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and irresponsible. So now we are both happy not having to endure each other.

That is great that you love them but I wanted to share my experience which was not pleasant at the time.
Austin mom I have done shops for many companies too many too list that I have not had problems with. The companies that I have complained about on here on ones that many other shoppers have complained about also. I have companies contacting me all the time to do shops for them. I have been doing shops for many years that it is not worth the small fees many of these companies are paying us for what they expect and then they find excuses to not pay us. If people knew how much these companies were being paid by the client and then how much that they are paying us is unreasonable. There are many shop companies out there that are vary good companies. I am not sure if I answered any of your questions.
We have dealt with those dishonest MS employees too.
Not too fun. They lied to us & paid us much less than they
Stated they would.

I agree that Best Mark isn't the best paying company, but they are a good company and payment was always on time, with NO hassles. They emailed me when I had questions about a shop almost immediately. They are a respected company and maybe you should not be doing this. Eventually, you'll be blackballed from almost every company, because they WILL find out who you are.
I have been with Bestmark over a year and have had no problems. Can you share in some way the other company you mentioned that did the same shops with higher pay? Some hints at least to search for, if not comfortable giving a name for some reasonwinking smiley.
