I'm still waiting for my payment for work completed in September too and they owe me a very large sum (four figures) as I was working on a major audit project for them.
One of their schedulers phoned me yesterday (29th October) to ask if I could take some more work. I asked where my missing payment was and the response I received was, "I don't know, it's not my Department and they haven't told our Supervisor if there's a problem or when you'll be paid."
I've tried to email the payments team via the portal but received no reply and when I telephoned the UK Office I was told they had nothing to do with the Mystery Shoppers. It would appear to me that nobody at GAPbuster is willing to take responsibility for the issue; For a company which judges other's Customer Service it would appear that they need to get their own systems in order first. As a long term and experienced GAPbuster Field Agent (3 plus years) I'm very unhappy and will be reviewing my association with them from November 1st.
