Is there anyway I can prove it?

I just checked my payment schedule on Bestmark and noticed that one of the shops I did is missing the $35 bonus/travel allowance I agreed to. This is not a complaint against Bestmark, I really do like the company but I realized that I don't have any way to prove that the shop came with this bonus since it disappears off my board once I've entered the shop. Any suggestions?

Update: Bestmark fixed the error as soon as they were notified which is great. However, this has made me aware that I don't keep proof of bonuses and travel allowances. I had to format my hard-drive because of viruses but do Bestmark send emails with confirmation of the agreed upon rates? If not, how do you proof it in the event of a disagreement?

You MUST get all bonuses/travel incentives in writing. As the pharmaceutical company I used to work for used to say, if it wasn't written, it wasn't done.
BestMark's confirmation emails do not list fees or rates, at least none that I have received. I haven't saved copies of dispatch sheets, so I don't know if fees are noted, but chances are, that's where the proof is. In the future, I will make it a point to save them. When I have accepted shops offering travel cash, I have saved screen shots of the job board listing cash payment, reimbursement and travel cash, but haven't needed them so far.

Thanks for the wake-up call, jpgilham. I'm glad BestMark rectified the error!
When you go under work/payment history and you move the cursor on the left side, under the shop date, if there is a bonus or deduction, then the cursor will be active and you can click at the shop and a menu with the amount off or plus will show up.
Great advice thank you. Kate the problem was that I did click on the date and none of the bonus or travel allowance showed up. It was then that I realized I had no way of proving that it had been part of the original agreement. I am definitely going to take Mert's advice and start keeping screenshots.
Then how do you know for sure that the said shop came with a bonus? In the past, I've jumped up and down swearing that a shop came with a bonus until I later on discovered that I had confused different shops.

If it is not there when you click, then the scheduler did not add it, and you should contact them immediately. When I click I see all adjustments made. While screenshots are a great advice, make sure that you get an email from the scheduler if it was done over the phone, or if the paperwork does not detailed it when the shop gets into your account. You will get it dealt with much faster if the shop has not been done yet, than afterwards.
Under work/payment history, in the list of shops at the bottom there is a green checkmark next to a shop that has been bonused. If you click on the checkmark another line will open that will list the bonus.

Edited to add: Of course if they forgot to add the bonus then the checkmark won't be there but that is how it's supposed to work.

I always ask by e-mail for the confirmation of the bonus.. generally, you'll receive an e-mail with the bonus and fee rates included. Never agree to do the shop until you receive written confirmation - this is if you care about your bonus
