Market Force Question

I have completed a lot of shops for Market Force in the last month. Several are the highly bonused FF shops. I submit my receipts and they are verified. Also, I sign the CPI. Is there something else I am supposed to do to insure payment? There hasn't been any corrections and no scoring that I know of.

It sounds like you are doing everything. MF does not share its ratings with shoppers. You hear from them when there is a problem. No news is good news.
That's the only problem I have with Market Force...and I shop for them a LOT. They don't tell me how well I did! Listen to AustinMom....no news IS good news. And, I love their bonuses. I had a scheduler tell me once that I wasn't asking enough for the bonus...okay, I am perfectly willing to ask for more. And now I get it!
There are other companies like this. I only found out about a nearly rejected shop from another company when they called me back to do the reshop and I recognized it as the shop I just did.
It would be nice if editors would provide you with both positive and negative feedback. Unfortunately, this is extremely rare.

Agreed, especially on photo shops where picture quality is important. I'd definitely like to know when and if the quality of my pictures is lacking as sometimes the sample photos don't really show everything.
It does pay to watch the status of your receipts and CPIs. If they're not received and verified, there could be issues, or payment delays.

I recently did some shops for MF and went to sign my CPI after submitting the report and uploading the proof. The CPI did not have a signature line, and there was no submit button on it. I then checked the status page, and my CPI showed as verified. Not sure if this is possibly a new feature in the trial stage, or is only applicable to a certain client.
Marketforce is the first Mystery Shopping company I started completing assignments for. I have never had anything wrong in all the years I have shopped for them. Their reports are usually easier than most companies. If you remember to check the status of your reports, you should have no problem. I have only done this a few times. I have seen negative comments from other shoppers on this site which I totally disagree with. I have everything positive to say about them.
Welcome to the forum, imchristyc. We hope you will join in the fun, and post of your experiences.

I haven't had a bad experience with MarketForce, but there have been qualified and competent shoppers who have gotten the ax, inexplicably, without a clue. Interested shoppers should enjoy the ride, keeping their fingers crossed that it doesn't go south.
If MF has a problem with your shop, you will hear about it. They will either email or call you. Otherwise, you can expect to be paid on time in my experience.
