Has anyone not been paid by this company? I did a restaurant shop in March, and I have been paid yet. I always get the reply "we'll look into this".

Never heard of the company. How did you find them, or did they find you?

I found them of the mystery shoppers website. They specalize in up-scale restaurants. I am dissapointed, I thought they would be a good company to work for. Oh well, I learned a lesson

the website is mysteryshoppersprogram.com. I had the name inccorrect. It is Goodwin & Associates. I was very dissapointed. I went out and spent $65.00 and was expecting to get reimbursed and it has not happened. I have not completed another shop since March because I am afraid of getting burned

Goodwin has been troubled for quite some time. They are/were legitimate but few folks are willing to work for/with them these days because of slow payment issues. There is no reason a shopper should need to beg for payment for work properly performed. Do keep on them for payment as I feel sure you will eventually get paid. Back when I used to shop for them they paid in about 6 weeks.

What Flash said. Keep after them till you get paid, and do no other shops till you hear they are keeping their payments current via other shoppers on this and other forums.
