Has anyone ever changed their direct deposit info with Marketforce?

I changed the checking account that my direct deposit goes to within the last month. I see that some others posted that they received their direct deposit this morning. I haven't --- in either my old account or the new one. On the Marketforce website, it still says 'Pending'.....but it also says at the bottom of that page that if I haven't been notified otherwise, I will receive my payment via Direct Deposit. I'm thinking I changed the info around the end of October...I hope that was enough time for them to make the appropriate changes. If not, my old account is still open. I submitted a question to the help desk and am awaiting an answer. Has anyone else gone through this? And does anyone have a phone number for someone at Marketforce in Payroll?

I'd only worry if it's not there in the next couple of days, and even then you might still be getting a paper check for some reason. I barely got my payment today. MF had a notice on the website saying due to the holiday payment info wouldn't even be sent to the bank until the 12th (Tuesday).
I did change my account last month and I had to wait for, I think..3 weeks for that "pending" to change. I believe this is normal.
A lot of places require one paper check every time you switch to or switch direct deposits. I think it's mostly an outdated system, but that happened to me a lot with previous employers.
I have changed my account details without problem and payment went through to the correct account without delay.
I changed it two months ago. I got a check the first month and it says that it was direct deposited for this month. I can't access my checking online anymore for some reason so I don't know if it went through or not.
"pending" remained for 3 weeks and I received a paper check in the meantime. Next month, it was DD into a new account.
You know, I just now remembered the last time I had to switch banks it was during a period I was not actively mystery shopping. So I'm not sure if I would have gotten a paper check or not during the transition.

This similarly happened when MF was having problem with my DD account.

I would not worry. They would send you a paper check first. I went to the bank. The bank said the problem was on MF end. I received the paper check. I resubmitted the info to MF and waited for the next payment.smiling smileysmiling smiley
thanks for the replies...haven't received it via direct deposit yet. at this point, I feel like I'll probably be receiving a paper check this month. which is fine by me...but I wish it was easier to communicate with Market Force. I haven't received any response from the help desk and I don't have a phone number for anyone besides the schedulers that always call me. It would be nice to be able to talk with someone on the phone about this...
Funny thing..I've never received a paper check before DD. I guess they've changed their policy since I registered with them. Hmmmm
I just received a nice response from the help desk. They said I will receive a paper check this month. They also said to keep an eye on the status of my direct deposit, as it should change from pending to approved in a week or so.
