Mystery Shopping Company Discussion

Customer Service Perceptions?
Does anyone have experience with this company? I received an e-mail that they want a $2 administrative processing fee.

Thank you

Re: Customer Service Perceptions?
What is their reasoning for that? Processing your application? Do they have shops regularly in your area? If the latter is unknown, and the former true, I would not do it personally, but that is me...

Again one of those companies that appear to be a scam. There is a long thread on them going back to 2003 on Volition.com. The 'administrative fee' used to be $4 and a few shoppers evidently got notice of shops--more than 100 miles away. A couple of folks did shops for them and were having payment issues, but they mentioned that the schedulers were very sweet--until they complained about slow/no payment and were deactivated as shoppers.

The fees would appear to be a money making scam as the jobs are not abundant and there doesn't appear to be anyone singing their praises.
