The shops I have done were medium end dining shops and were reimbursement only. They are very particular about what they want/do not want in the reports, and how they want them written, and they have recently implemented a rule that your report must be done within 12 hours of the dining shop. This is fine at lunch, but not so great for dinner ones, in my opinion. :-)
They only had two companies here, and it appears that both stopped shopping themselves in the past 4 months or so. They always pay on time and you will always get feedback on your shop.
