I don't remember a trick question on this report, but I've done an oil change shop that always asked me if they talked about my spark plugs, but they never did. I actually needed new spark plugs, so I called them up to find out how much it would cost, but they don't replace spark plugs. I always wondered if that was an integrity question.
There was another place that always asked me if the employee offered me a free iPod to sign up for service. After I did the shop like five times, I'm like dude, if they just offered me the free iPod, I probably would have signed up. Why don't they ever ask that? Shortly after that, I read about integrity questions on the boards. I think that might have been one!
I've been doing iPoll surveys lately. The other day, I had one with a question that said something like, "You must check the box all the way to the right." Glad I was reading the questions!
