Maritz/Capella

I have been a mystery shopper since April 2013 and I love it. The other day I got an email saying they recieved a referral from someone for me. I don't know who would of reffered me so I'm a little concerned. I went to the site and when I did it said Capella. So can anyone give me any insight on them so I know if they are legitimate or not? Thanks for your guideance! Dianne

I have completed 95 shops for Maritz. They are a good company to work fr.

I love Maritz. They call me up a lot and give me big bonuses for out of town shops they need done fast. If I don't like the bonus, I ask for more, and we haggle a little, but they are definitely great and easy to work for, and they actually answer their phones when you call <evil glare at CoRI>.

Maritz is at the top of my list. I was recently assigned me my first bank route. I counter offered on the route and they accepted! They called me today offering an interesting and fun assignment with nice pay and parking reimbursement.

Maritz asks at the end of nearly every report if there is anyone that you could recommend to them as a shopper. I can't remember if they offer any referral fees. Other companies offer referral fees for specific areas where they need shoppers or specific assignments that they desperately need to get completed.

It may be worth considering here on the Forum to provide a means of connecting those who could benefit from a referral fee with those who could benefit from a lucrative assignment or a desperate MSC in their area.

I have worked with Maritz off and on for many years. I always had good experiences with them.

When I received the same email as you have (dishopper) I was surprised that they no longer had me on file as a shopper in their system. But I think the switch to Capella had "cleared there cache" of older shoppers. I just completed ALL of their online paperwork again this evening.

P.S. When I started out as a quality assurance agent, I did not have the benfit of this forum. Something more to be grateful for during this holiday season. ;o)
