couple of concerns about GapBuster

I had a shop to do today between 2 and 5pm. At 5:40pm I received a "gentle reminder" to submit the shop!
40 minutes after the time frame. I had not re-scheduled it, so it wasn't as though it was late.

Also, I completed two orientations for them on the weekend. They are showing as passed on the orientation page, but not as complete on the job board so I can't apply for the shops. I assumed it would catch up but when it had not I emailed them and they say they have no record of me doing them. But I can't do them again because I have already passed. Has this happened to anyone else?

I tried to apply to this company earlier today and I got a message that I didn't meet their criteria.

O.o

This was strange to me because their application is fairly basic and the message popped up immediately after I hit the submit button.

Not really sure what that's all about...

Happily shopping New England and beyond!!!!!
I have completed quite a few shops for them and they can be slow in getting back to you,
but besides that I've never encountered any problems with them and I've gotten some
really good pay(bonus) on their cellphone shops. And I've always gotten the stated
bonus and (on time)pay. I would send them a email , which is probably the only
way to get in touch with these folks....Good luck !

I've had them phone me while I was eating at the FF restaurant. They were calling to ask if I was going to get the job done on time and submitted. LOL - I'm here right now, it's only 5:10pm in Alberta, the job started at 5:00. LOL

I too passed the test and the next time I logged on it showed I had to get qualified. I tried to do the test again, and was not allowed as it said I already passed. Today, when I logged on, the qualification symbol was not there and I was able to selec the jobs. I guess they fixed the problem.
My only concern is how late will they be for the schedule pay of December 26 for November's shop?
2 to 3 weeks or 2 to 3 months this time around.

I have to say this exact thought has been on my mind as well.. I did many bonused shops for them in November and December, wouldn't want to start worrying about not getting paid again.. All i can do is to stop accepting shops from them when they call, if their payment is dragging behind.

I enjoy working for them. You have to remember with regards to feedback delay they are 14 hours ahead of central time zone. They are in AU.

There shouldn't be any delay just because they are in a different time zone. The staff i have talked with are working from 10pm to 6am (Australian local time) so that they can make calls and schedule shops with the shoppers. So when i am awake and working during daytime, they are awake and working during night..

Today they outdid themselves and emailed me about a shop that I am doing tomorrow. I replied that is not necessary and received this:

"but this is a must cause we need to close this site
Actually this is one part of my job , instructed by manager since we are closing the market"

What do you think they are trying to say? Their English is terrible. They are not in Australia.

Sounds like they need to get the file closed out on that particular client so they can turn it in to get paid. Some clients want all of their shops turned in at once for a particular project. Guessing you may have gotten the end of the batch.

Some times you just have to turn around, give a little smile, toss the match, set the bridge ablaze, and walk away.

Silver Certified on the Carolina Coast. You want fries with that?
It sound to me that: it is the end of the year, must close the books to get paid so they can turn around and then pay us for the shops we did back in November.
They have lost some of the pizza place and some of the chicken place. Another MSC are now doing them in location I did for them 3 months ago. They no longer post those locations on there job board.
