gapbuster issue

i have worked for gapbuster since may and have not received one payment. they keep saying it will be next month and the month after. im not and angry person but i am sooooooo angry. i want to be repaid for all my work and my stupid <fast food> visits.

You seriously haven't been paid or reimbursed for any of your shops with GB since May??? WOW. They just issued the payments for November shops today, December 31. This Fall, they changed from Paypal to direct deposit. I would suggest you don't use the Enquiry method of trying to contact them but email them directly. If you need an email address, let me know. I would be interested to see how this issue gets resolved.

@ddmagoo - Did you actually get your payment from GAPbuster, or just heard that they had issued them? I just checked my account and didn't get anything yet. Hoping it is just slow posting with the holiday.

My payment was posted in my bank account on Jan 1, 2014 at 5 AM, Alberta time.

I was paid as well Dec 31. I keep getting paid via Paypal, even though I submitted my banking information in the fall. That's fine by me, I seem to get paid slightly ahead of everyone else on direct deposit.

Their main web page now says that payments are processed between the 26th and the 31st of each month.

I was payed by paypal on Dec. 30th. I can't even remember if I tried switching to direct deposit. Time to work on some record keeping!

@jonchance Yes, I received my November shops payment on December 31 through direct depost. Has your arrived now?

My stuff finally got paid on Jan 03 via DD. Wooohooo!!!

i still have not been paid. i have spoken to many people about this and every time they say that it is on its way. I wrote them an email a few days ago and i have had no reply. this is so stupid. ive rang an aus number and got told it would be here with in 3 days but that was over a week ago

So the latest is i was informed now that i had been paid in october. I then asked to speak to someone else. Turns out i was not paid in october and the first person had no idea what they were on about. I got a call yesterday to do a job from them and i said not until you pay me the hundreds you owe me. I hope i get paid. Is there any legal action i can take?

If you are in the. US it is probably really unlikely since they are based in Australia.
