Intellishop - Paid for Shop but No Reimbursement

Has this happened to anyone before? I conducted a round of shops for them in September. I got paid my shopper fee in October, but I never got my reimbursement. I got a 10 out of 10 on the report, so there were no issues.

I've emailed the scheduler, their main email, etc., with no avail. Any advice??

It must have been overlooked. They are humans. Maybe the accountant was on holiday or something. Or is it one
of those where you are supposed to mail in the original receipt after you have downloaded it?

I had a payment that did not go through with another MSC, who never failed to pay on time. I emailed a query
and when I checked my payment record, I noticed an entry postdated for Jan. 2nd. That's good enough for me, as long as it is on my DD as per agreement.

The same company also did not include a reimbursement for a shop I did a few months back and I overlooked it. I noticed it added in the coming payment.
I've done my share of complaining about intellishop, but they have always paid me as agreed. They have some beauracratic walls to overcome, but they are in there somewhere. Keep trying, you'll reach a carbon based life form and it will all be good.

I have never had trouble getting payments from them before. Any advice on how to reach a living, breathing human being? Not having much luck. sad smiley

I had a payment problem (my fault). I sent them an email through their contact us button on the home page. It took 2 days to get an answer but they did answer and actually gave me more information than what I had asked about.

Yes, something similar happened to me with this MSP. I was shorted on a reinbursement. After one email to the scheduler, they had amount in the next round of payments.

You say you have emailed the scheduler and the main email with no success. Have you accounted for possible holiday vacation time? I suggest you follow up with the scheduler as necessary.

Both shops I did for Intellishop which had a reimbursement, I got one payment for the combined amount of the shop fee and reimbursement. (Actually the second payment included two shops, one which did not have a reimbursement.) The only company I know of that pays reimbursements separately is Service Evaluation Concepts, though there could be others.
I am not happy with Intellishop. Their editors are ridiculous the last few shops. Luckily they are one of my 2nd tier companies. I may be done with them. I have never received 7's before other than with this company. My spelling and grammar are very good, and I always get mostly 10's with a few 9's. Does anybody else have issues? Luckily, I am not relying on their business to make a living!!
IMO and others will think differently but do not get caught up in the grade system. Look at them and move on.
It does not seem to affect the quantity of shops you will find. They are picky picky but still will assign. It is the editors ..... they stay in their world and I stay in mine!

The only time I've ever had points deducted when shopping for any SASSIE MSC is when the editors had to contact me for clarification. One particular MSC seems to deduct one point per required edit, another gave me a 10/10 even though they had to contact me to try the phone call portion "just one more time" after technical problems on several attempts.
