Goodbye Gapbuster

I never liked this MSC to start with. Don't like their website or the way the reports are entered.
Don't like the assignments either.

However, they took my favourite bakery client so I tried them again.

The very last question on the report was, "do you have any comments?" I clicked yes and entered some comments I wanted to make. The system would not accept this In Validation. So I remove comments and click no. Again, it won't accept. I click no and add comments. Again, it won't accept. The error says I need to complete the question. Well I tried every which way and the system won't take it.

So I go to report this issue and when I return, my report answers have been deleted.

So good bye GB. I won't miss you.

Couldn't agree more with you Mike. Although I don't care much for the company that did the bakery before, I still hope they get the bakery back as a client. As for Gapbuster.....thumbs down.
Yes, their forms can be a pain and contacting them is almost impossible! Plus, they promise bonuses on the phone and then don't follow through!
$150 for a $17 shop is an insane bonus so I'll deal with it. BTW they're not paying me enough to include "Do you have any other comments?" Comments cost more
Late pay, long report, I don't do much for them anymore. I will take a shop if I am in the area and the pay is good.

I did a couple big bonus shops for them right before Christmas. It annoyed me that they were calling me at 11PM asking me if I was going to have a shop done on time when I'd already submitted it, but for the money they were paying, I'll @#$%& and whine about the annoyances, but will gladly take their money. Their site is very confusing at times, but we put up with crap for decent money.

Ohhhh, the life of a shopping tramp.

To be fully fair to GB, I received a phone call less than 24 hours after submitting my error. I told the guy I could not talk now and I told him when he could call. He said he would. An hour later I get an email saying he fixed the error and submitted my report for me. He asked that I attach my receipt, or email it to him and I would be done.

So that was very good service I believe. Well played GB.

It's still good bye, but we won't part on such bad terms.
