I have not shopped for this company, but I have heard reports from 2 years ago saying they were slow with payments (put on my "caution" list). They are a parent company of Front Line Focus which has an "F" with the Better Business Bureau. [hamilton.bbb.org]

Consumer Connection has a "B+" with the BBB. If you are unsuccessful with resolving your payment issues, I suggest filing a complaint with the BBB. Unsuccessful resolutions can lower the company rating. [www.bbb.org]

Here's another shopper reporting a bad past experience.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.

Wooooo .... lots of bad threads about Consumer Connections. Maybe some of the folks who want the $100 can post to this one and keep it right at the top where everyone can see it......

Being curious, I followed the links to the BBB site from the above post. Turns out that Consumer Connections is no longer accredited with the BBB.
