Bestmark, just shoot me now!

I had two fruity computer shops scheduled, one for Wed and one for today. Had to move the Wed shop to today because everything was closed here due to this white frozen s#^t we have everywhere down here, so no biggie. Went to print my survey out last night, and realize they have the wrong survey attached to both shops. Ummm....what do I do now? I called them last night and left several messages, but all schedulers were busy then. I called again this morning, but they are closed. I have now sent three emails, and I have to leave the house in about half an hour to get to the other shops that are due today.

Yeah, I know this is all my fault for not realizing the screw up earlier, but still.

I even tried to copy and paste the online survey, but it was so big it crashed my computer. Ugh!!!!!

When I tried to do a copy and pasted from the online form to MS Word, there was way too much data, and everything froze for about 20 mins. I finally had to reboot.

That's where I use the snipping tool and paste the 'image' into word. You might have to snip a few times, but it works for me. smiling smiley But then again, I don't know exactly what you're trying to save here.
Jon-

I tried to direct message you but haven't heard back yet. Our offices open at 8:30AM CT so it's likely that you contacted us before we opened, and your inquiry is still among those that are currently being responded to. Can you please let me know the dispatch #s for the shops you are having an issue with?

Thanks!

How is it your fault that they posted the wrong survey?? I hate when people say it's their fault because they didn't catch someone else's mistake sooner than they were required to. You're not required to verify that the MSC hasn't screwed up. That's their job.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
It was my fault because I should have caught it long before I did. I waited until it was late at night to print my paperwork, and by then it was too late to do anything about it.

I got them on the phone as soon as they opened and we figured out how to fix the issue. Then I got three separate phone calls in the next hour in response to my emais and voicemail. They couldn't do much when they were closed, but they sure as heck took care of it as soon as they came in. Kuddos.

Now if the actual shops had gone as well......

Remember, if you had printed the paperwork earlier, they might have changed the requirements on you. I've already seen some shops that even SAY not to print it till the day of, or the night before the shop.
Thanks, Jon, for the update. Glad to know they followed up and followed through. Sorry the actual shops didn't work as well.

Good job, BMI.
