I have an issue with this company.... I had a shop where I was to browse for up to 30 minutes, and look for a specific type of employee. If I did not see them, I was to then approach an employee in the area where they were supposed to be working and ask if that type of employee was working.....
I entered the store, went to the area where the employee was supposed to be, as was listed in my guidelines, and a curveball was thrown... I was approached by another type of employee and offered help. That person was the only employee in that area.
If I said "No, just browsing." It would then look weird if I later go to him and ask about this other type of employee.... If I say yes, then I cannot complete the shop due to the same reason.... I don't have time to call in to ask what they want done in this situation that was not addressed in their guidelines.... So I asked if the target type of employee was working and the employee I am talking to takes me to the schedule and shows me that the target will not be in until the next day(or until after 4pm that day)... So there was no chance of had I waited the additional time I could possibly have a positive completion of this shop.
I write it as a "Fail" (which based on all info received and confirmed by management it was) MVentix refuses to pay because I did not wait the 30 minutes to ask if the target type of employee was working.
They want you to reveal yourself as a shopper in order to pay you. BTW, they could not answer the simple question of what I should have done in the situation of what should have been done once I was approached.
They refuse to be reasonable about it, and they refuse to allow me to appeal the decision to the CEO.
When I first called in, everyone I spoke with agreed it was unreasonable to expect me to possibly reveal myself by waiting 30 minutes after being approached, then after I requested to appeal the decision, they said they would have the program manager CALL me.
She refused to call me and when I called back 3 days later, they said it was my responsibility to not be approached by anyone other than the target type(which was not in the guidelines.) They also said, I should have looked in the bathrooms and backrooms for this target.... What customer does this? This is so anti-shopping it is crazy. No customer goes into the bathrooms to look for an initiate a sale. No customer is allowed in the back rooms.
This company is insane
