Intelli-shop NOT PAYING BONUSES!

@Canuck - YES, run, stay away from Intellishop. They "invalidated" another of my shops, and it has been 3 days since the last contact from them. I believe they WON'T pay me.

This has not happened in my case. I sent an e-mail to Jenna 3 days ago, 2 days ago, and today with no reply. Today, on my send mail I cced you. No answer yet. Hopefully tomorrow?

This is not true either. I did a shop months ago for your money wiring client. The location was out of business. I submitted a picture and explanation. Payment was declined based on the fact that I had not been coached for the shop, which was also false, since I was indeed coached by Edgar. Edgar declined on conforming this, stating that I had to be coached for every shop, even if it was the same scenario. I did not get any mails back on the issue.

I tried to solve this on the phone, with no luck.

Sara, come on. Is IS really struggling financially so much that you HAVE to invalidate $20 and $30 shops under bogus arguments?

Sara, I loved working for Intelli-Shop and have never had a problem. That being said your shopper fees "currently set by contract" are at the very least sub-standard and insulting. What kind of client expects a quality report from a mystery shopper who is paid far, far less than the equivalent of minimum wage. I personally cannot and will not any longer work for unfair, inappropriate, slave wages. It just does not make any financial sense. It appears that Clients, Intelli-Shop and other MSCs have stopped including any kind of reality check in what they are offering.
I appreciate you posting what appears to go on on your end. However, when you say to call, I've found that never works. Just last week I was e-mailing a scheduler while I was driving down the road on a full days worth of shops out of the area, and had a question I needed to ask via phone as it was more lengthy (and couldn't keep pulling over to e-mail). The scheduler refused to talk via phone, and my question WAS about something I needed in order to successfully complete the report. I even asked if there was an alternate scheduler to whom I could speak with via phone.
