I used to work for Feedback Plus, haven't due to no shops, but a big congratulations!!

I did many shops for Feedback Plus. I really liked them.. a lot! I hope they still have that big grocery client. I love doing those. smiling smiley
The big store that has products from many countries? Yes they do. Although I have seen that client shopped by a couple of different MSCs.

Feedback has a grocery store account that's mostly West Texas and I shop one of those stores. I wouldn't be surprised if Canuck shops them farther west.

You got it, Mary. That's the store where I buy my groceries, here and even in the bigger city. Lots going on with them too it seems. :O
I've never had a payment problem with Feedback Plus or Sentry and both companies have been great for me. Congratulations to Dave and his team and best of luck with the transition.

Not a fan of Sentry's low-paying jobs that require too much work. Particularly the burger one.
I loved working for Feedback Plus. They were fair and their reports were easy to work with but we'll see with Sentry. I did a shop or two a long time ago but they haven't had anything in my area that I've been interested in so time will tell.
I love Feedback Plus, I love the gardening store shops, I get free plants which I like, and they pay twice a month on schedule. I don't know anything about Sentry, so we shall see...
I just went straight to the Feedback Plus site and deactivated myself. If they've joined forces with those other people there's no point going farther.

Ok I looked out on the FB+ site and I know which store you are talking about out in west texas. we have it in north texas too, not too far from you out there.

i just picked up one of their wine and spirits stores at two locations and an expensive steak house that we are planning on dining at tomorrow. Hope all goes well with these and that I see more!

For weeks now, there hasn't been one shop in my area. Something's going on. I know the big grocery chain sold and now Feedback Plus is sold. Maybe something's up. I miss working for them really. sad smiley

Hmmm, I'll have to reserve my judgement. Both places have been good to work with. No issues with communication or pay. However, all of Sentry's restaurant shops require very detailed reports. Feedback Plus has a great restaurant reveal shop with a super easy report. I hope Sentry doesn't change it!

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.
I am concerned with this acquisition. I get paid very quickly with Feedback Plus and love their shops, and it take over two months to get paid by Sentry. I hope with the purchase that Sentry implements some improvements in their payment system. I have done less with Sentry because I get paid faster with other companies.
Feedback Plus DOES pay fast. I believe every two weeks. I've haven't done a shop for Sentry yet....distance/fee not enough and having to wait that long for the fee?? Not good. sad smiley

I think from the smiley face one should know I'm joking!! Besides Sentry owes me one for a shop I did where the location was closed. In fact, when I arrived on site they were literally packing up the shop! After some deliberation it was decided I would be paid for the shop. I don't think I ever got paid and never pursued it as I was out and about in that area anyway so it was not a big loss. Furthermore I only took the shop because the scheduler asked me to - the food sucked and I got heartburn every time I ate there for the shops.

I definitely was not unhappy when the place was closed and I didn't have to eat there awful food that day.
I was kinda joking too. I made a similarly innocent remark about Sentry and my account was disabled. I find it quite hilarious.

One of my favorite schedulers went along with Feedback to Sentry so I really don't want to get deactivated. Surely Dave isn't petty, is he? I really don't know the man so I have no idea how he will take my remarks but at 74 I feel quite comfortable in speaking my mind and I have no trouble laughing at myself or making small jokes.
Well, this is unpleasant news. I love working with Feedback Plus. I have never worked with Sentry because several posts I have read from the owner have left me feeling that he is petty and controlling. I'd prefer to stay clear. Oh well.

I agree wholeheartedly. Not necessarily good news for me. I loved FB+ and I hope this doesn't change things.
It could be that there aren't many changes. IIRC, when MarketForce bought out Retail Eyes/Shared Insight, the only thing that changed was the name. When they bought out TUAU they moved everything to the MarketFOrce platform. So maybe nothing substantial will change.
