GFK and one scheduler

I love working with GFK. They pay great. They keep in touch with their shoppers. They rarely have any issues with appling for shops.
Except for out here in Atlanta GA. I have already spoken to SallyGFK about one instance however I am having a third problem. SallyGFK is not the scheduler for the area. The scheduler for the area doesn't return my emails. She will assign a shop to me if I apply for it however I am unable to ask questions about the assignment since I receive no return emails or phone calls. I have left several emails with my contact information and I have been greeted by crickets.
As my name implies, I am willing to travel (for the right incentive) however if the job doesn't allow me to sign up how am I able to assist in taking a shop off your hands. I again have an assignment that has the wrong date and I am even wondering if the pay is correct. Should the pay be correct, please may I have the assignment. If the pay is not correct, could we please setup a dialog? No matter what, could we please setup a dialog since I am in the Atlanta area until April 28th and would like to continue working with one of my favorite MSC.

And then we have the schedulers saying, "It's a feature, not a bug!"
Doesn't that mean it's only a backup???

I don't get it...and GFK is a company I don't do shops for, so...

GFK pays regularly however the assignments are normally the same ones repeated constantly. Like I mentioned, the schedulers are normally awesome. They keep in contact with their shoppers and make it a business partnership. This is the only area I have had issues.
I did get the assignment which actually saves me gas on the audit I am doing for them on the 1st and 2nd since it is in direct path of my route anyway. I really didn't want to come to the forum and complain however I was thinking it would be ineffectual to repeat my previous contact methods. This is the only reason I have ever voiced anything negative about them.

does anybody now how long you have to sent a assignment report to gfk new to this but i sent a few of them on the day but do you have like one day to sent the report 24 hours
Is the scheduler's name Beth, by chance? Because I've emailed her several times about a similar issue and she has yet to respond.
I have tried to register for several shops that have the same date issue. I'll be curious to know if the scheduler answers. If SallyGFK can answer, I would love to hear how to handle this.
Since the posting of this thread, the scheduler this was in reference to had been responding quite quickly to my emails. It's sad that I had to resort to this to get assistance. However since this, I have been able to establish report and communication.
@Jimmy: please resend your request. I am not sure I comprehend it.

Generally most shops are due on the day you do them. If in doubt, get it in by midnight of the day you did it.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

I'm terribly sorry, but if your reading comprehension reaches the
same level as your writing skills, it's quite possible you misinterpreted
the instructions.

I have never seen a single shop where the reporting deadline was
not clearly spelled out.

The requirements vary from MSC to MSC, sometimes from client to client.

GFK used to be a good company, but receantly not so much. They have rubbed me the wrong way enough for me to deactivate my account. In my case, they posted a bonus on a shop, and then canceled it. They then told me I could do the shop WITHOUT the bonus. When I agreed to the new terms, they gave me the wrong scenario. Between their double talk and unresponsiveness, I am done. It's a shame, because they used to be a pretty stellar company.
I have a msc who is rather picky. I just got a shop with a turnaround time for the report of 6 hours. Sometimes I do not even get home until 10 hours if it is a route. I emailed them and deactivated as I am used to being pushed but that is a bit too much. Why not have me air express the written double spaced report to them on my dime? I wish them luck finding shoppers that are that dedicated. I, for one, am not.
I had a shop schedule with this company, it was my first shop but due to circumstances beyond my control, my car had to go in the shop then, I was told my car was ready, and when I called to ask when I could pick it up was told that they were still waiting on the part.anyway.... I have wrote to the scheduler twice via the help button on the the shop log since yesterday, I tried to personally email and keep getting email delivery failure notices, and I called them, the scheduler is not listed, I spoke to the operate who transfered me to a unknown mailbox and left a message. I have not spoken to anyone yet and the shop is still listed on my shop log, is there anything further I can do to either reschedule or cancel it before it looks like I did not care?
Do you have the email where they assigned you the shop? Have you "replied" to that particular email? Did that email get a failed delivery notice?
