@ TeriW ~ Yes, I eventually got it worked out after multiple e-mails to the Help Desk and multiple phone calls this morning. The phone call got the quicker response. They weren't able to change the date of the shop to yesterday's date but they wrote a note on my account giving me permission to submit the report with yesterday's timings and receipt. I offered to re-perform the shop on another night but they really wanted to use my report.
They said in the future to not perform a shop early unless I manually go in and change the date BEFORE performing it. Otherwise it is best not to perform the shop a day early.
Now it sounds like your shop was already rescheduled once. Is that correct? You can only reschedule once. Otherwise the Help Desk needs to get involved and I'm not sure how they will handle a second reschedule request since I have never done it.
Good luck and keep us updated. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to hear from the Help Desk after hours. I didn't get a response until after 11 AM today...more than 14 hours after my original e-mail.
