Maritz - Not paid in two months

I am about to lose my mind. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to maritz to see if I am missing something because I haven't been paid. I have received nothing in response. I's been two months. They have no problem calling with shop updates and invites... but nothing about payment. So far, in the last month I've had a house fire and heart failure.. and really need the money.. any suggestions.?

If you phone Maritz at 1-800-782-4299 Monday-Friday between 8 and 5, there should be a live person you can talk with. I've never had difficulty finding someone or getting a call back.

Are you a new shopper with Maritz? Did you remember to send an invoice after each of your shops?
Good luck.
When mine was delayed I kept explaining to the schedulers who called me that I could not complete anymore shops until I received payment. I finally got transferred over to accounting and got it all straightened out.

Good luck

O.o o.O

Happily shopping New England and beyond!!!!!
The people in accounting are by far the best part of Maritz. The lady I talked to a couple of months ago was absolutely fantastic. Call them, they'll get ya straightened out.

Yes, ask for Payroll department. I talked to someone today about a shop I did not get paid for. The are great people and will help you.
I have completed over 100 shops for Maritz and have never had a problem getting paid. My guess is that you forgot or didn't realize that you had to submit an invoice. If you call them and ask for the payroll dept they will help you. They are a great group of people to work with.

When I read the occasional criticism of Maritz, I realize either I've been quite fortunate in never having had a problem with that MSC or the poster isn't relating the complete story. My experience with these folks has been excellent, as they're very accessible, accommodating and personable. In addition, they're willing to open the purse when they've a need.
That hasn't been my experience with them at all. I mean I don't dislike them as much as my jokes about them might indicate, and I certainly like them now that I almost rarely have to actually talk to them, but I would only agree with accessible and personable off of that list. Accommodating? I once needed to move a shop 1 day, that unfortunately moved it from the last day of one shop window to the first day of the next. It was early in the quarter, definitely within the first month. They had 2 more months+ to get the shop done. I wanted to move it one day. Yes, they did move it for me, which I guess makes them accommodating, but only after spending 10 minutes on educating me that the shops really needed to be done during the period we assigned them to.

The only time I've had a problem getting paid from Maritz is when I forgot to submit an invoice.

Jenn,

Call Maritz, explain your problem and asked to be switched to Admin. That is payroll and you will get help. Chances are it is a problem in not submitting the invoices - it is a bit different from other MSC's.
