I do not have a Costco membership and have successfully shopped the wireless kiosk at Costco. I just tell them that I am thinking of joining and want to see what merchandise they carry. The employee at the entrance always send me to customer service to get a day pass. I am told that I can browse but I cannot purchase anything. It has always worked.
